Megha is a member of Bain's Technology, Media and Telecom practices in India. She has extensive experience leading projects focused on capability sourcing, performance improvement, growth strategy, new product launch, revenue acceleration and cost and revenue transformation programs across technology, ITeS and healthcare companies. Megha has earned an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore and holds a graduate degree in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), University of Delhi.

Prior to this he was partner at Deloitte for almost a decade where he was heading the Global Transfer Pricing Centre and outbound Transfer Pricing for Deloitte. He has successfully managed a number of global documentation projects for some of the world's largest companies. He specialises in advising Indian multinationals in developing and implementing transfer pricing strategies. He is a regular presenter at taxation and industry-focused forums on transfer pricing, and is a frequent contributor to international publications such as BNA.
